Anne de Léon

Think of me as a pluri-partner: curator, creator, teacher, and coach.

I have worked in a variety of educational domains and contexts, from national and international to public, private, mainstream, and alternative schools.

Anne makes everyone feel at ease – there is a culture of support in the classroom which makes it easy to speak up / ask questions”

Frederique Bröcker

My experience across a wide range of environments enables me to define the essence of what makes learning and teaching truly effective. I believe  a successful learning community is built on the self-worth, mutual respect, and trust of all its members. I am convinced that everyone involved in an education system is interdependent and that one person’s growth benefits everyone.

My professional partnerships and diversity of collaboration underpin my expertise. I have built a network of expert collaborators who I liaise with to support my training provision. Their specialities include psychology, assessment, materials development, curriculum design, additional educational needs, Equality Diversity Inclusion and Justice, teacher training, and occupational therapy.

“One of Anne’s major assets is her ability to adopt the right approach according to the cultural sensitivity of her interlocutor.”

Céline Casanova

I truly understand the challenges and rewards collaboration in education offer. I’ve experienced successful and unsuccessful collaboration in my career, which has informed how I manage my approach to building professional relationships. I celebrate diversity and collaborate transparently, and am always respectful of the differences that define modern educational contexts and each individual within them.
